Amazing place. But too expensive
Very nice hotel, rested here for 10 days this year. Loved the playground and breakfasts. Didn't like the service in the restaurant and the poor soundproofing in the rooms. Everything that the neighbors say and do is heard. First, they took a deluxe room - it is better not to enter them at all in this hotel (the windows overlook a noisy street), after 2 days we moved to a deluxe room - at night we encountered the noise of water from a neighbor's toilet under our ear. This hotel has a good manager who quickly resolved the problem and moved us to a quieter room.

Very long service. We sat down to dinner at 20:30 and by 22:00 there were still no hot meals.
The order also included tuna sashimi. A completely rubbery fish was served, not tasty, not delicate, not tender ... the dishes were returned to the kitchen! After that, the chef still proved to us that we do not understand anything about fish and is served in Tokyo in the same way. Very mediocre food and very poor service. There is no service in this institution!
