The motel liked everything, the location, the garden, very beautiful places, but the staff was very disappointing (I will return to this), the room itself is cozy, though there are not enough chairs (there were only three of us), we left unwashed dishes, came after the beach to clean up a little, As a result, the dishes were simply rinsed and put on the countertop (wooden), there were unwashed pieces of food, the maids did not even try to clean it, I liked how they wash the sink, it’s just like new, the maids communicate very well, I set 10/10, but the water administrators ... the woman who settled us (I beg your pardon, I don't know the name, brown-haired) was very friendly and calm, she answered me very well when asked about the ironing board with an iron, she gave me, saying bring when to be free, I will set this administrator also 10/10 , there were also two girls, unfortunately I don't remember the name either, but one of them was very impudent and angry, answers snappingly, to the same question of the board, answered "phew, right now", given that I have been knocking for a long time office, but she did not even deign to open the door completely, she talked to me through the crack, in the end she said go (!!!) to the third floor and take it there, I was shocked, because I lived on the first floor myself and did not even know how to get there, I told her about it, she again "poked" and went to her office, put an ironer and an iron on the floor and left, I was very unpleasant about this attitude towards me, later I brought an iron, there were other guests, they stepped up, and she said, put (!!!) on the floor. this is terrible! 0/10 back to the maids question: get out of the way! Very cozy place. The most unpleasant impressions can be left only by other guests. Comfortable rooms. Standard set of towels, slippers and water. There is a small but very rich garden in the yard, fencing off parking from the residential part. Swings in the garden, which are not immediately evident. Non-smoking can be a minus smoking on the veranda in front of the rooms, in some windows smoke can set.
Of the minuses: settled together, but received only one card, which opens the door (in general, everything, even the entrance gate) and the light in the room. And if someone goes to smoke one go to the store, the number will be left without light. In this case, the penalty for losing a card is only 300 rubles, and it is possible to give a card per person.
