I loved the hotel, would be great to come here with kids. Everything is done perfectly for them. Every kind of attraction and animators are taking care while parents are enjoying coffee and nuce weather. Open swimming pools with solty water. I am not tge biggest fan of zoos which is located on the territory, and cages are way too small. All possible kitchen restaurants, personal way to the seaside, though stones no send. But it seems normal here. Promenade and cost infrastructure need serious renovation, hopefully will be done soon. The best restaurant was Chaika for us, great prawns fresh oysters great service! I recomend!!
When I’ve been booking this hotel I was thinking that I will pay for service and friendly staff ,but it was big mistake!
Staff is so bad,the don’t know how to speak With guests! Thanks administrator Ekaterina for the worse welcoming in our life !
