Reviews from visitors:
Hotel in center of Warsaw....close to old city.....perfect service....
Pluses:
The rooms are great, clean and modern. Superb quality for a price.
Location - great, very central yet located in a calm street where you can easily rest here well.
Gym is well equipped and well sized for a size of hotel. Spa was closed during our stay (corona times), therefore can’t say anything about it.
Minuses:
Breakfast is very much untasty, you can tell they try to economise it, which I guess I can understand, however a use of edible ingredients would be great.
The staff (both reception and restaurant staff) is very young and unprofessional, makes you feel like you disturb their lives in a day, which I found hilarious in a worst way possible The breakfast servers Tytus and Eliza were the only two staff members who made us feel welcomed. Karol in reception was also the only receptionist who was professional and kind. All the other at least 7 staff members that we have encountered were unfortunately a disappointment.
Such a shame as the hotel has great potential but unfortunately for them, it’s people who make the place!
I highly suggest to reconsider the choice of team members and perhaps a give it a go to someone who has a passion for hospitality and people, in general.
We booked a room through the PURO website directly for two adults with a child (room for 3 persons). When we arrived at the hotel, it became clear that we have to sleep 3 in one bed. Child bed is not included in the room rate (administrator said, what they don't mind if we sleep all together). While on the PURO web page during reservation we noted that we are two adults and one child we asked for an extra bed for free. The receptionist chatted with the shift managers by phone and refuse to provide free bed for the children. She showed that after a long search on their web page can be found note, that the children's beds are paid. Unpleasant, but OK. We agreed to pay for extra beds, but it turned out that our rooms were too small to accommodate children's beds. No explanations and booking confirmations (room for 3 persons) helped us resolve the conflict. The way out is - for someone to sleep on the ground, or rent a more expensive room. The shift manager did not find time to meet and resolve the situation, and instructions were given by phone to administrators. Unplesant.
Excellent hotel! Very clean with excellent location. The service was great, same the breakfast and the crew. Located very close to the city center and have also a SPA ( we did not use it). The interior design is very modern and makes the stay even more enjoyable. Excellent weekend
5 stars for this newly created modern 4 star hotel in Warsaw city center. Superb clean and finished with good standard, great food in their restaurant served by friendly staff. The only issue was - for beer lovers - some beers were not available at their bar. Will be definitely back when visiting Warszawa again.
