not experienced staff, very rude. Manager disastrous. rude arrogant. Spa broken and water leaks everywhere. not recommended. booked massage was not carried out. Catastrophic food and speed. Children only get food after their parents have had the main course. very bad
Lovely place to stay, modern, nice spa and great staff
I've decided to use services of that hotel as it is one of not many, currently open in pandemic. But to be honest it is not even worth a penny. Design that aspires to be luxuorious, but in fact is just pretensional, but well it is subjective. What is not subjective is the quality of service. In the gym out of two treadmills, only one was working. That is fine, but when I've called the reception desk they called me back one hour later everything is now working. I went down and realized that everything is in the exactly same condition (not working) as hour before. Apart from that on the day of my arrival I've called hotel to make sure is all of the facilities (sauna, etc.) are working in order to eventually change the hotel. When I arrived it turned out that sauna is broken and will be working next day. So in the Evening I called reception to make sure if the sauna will be on in the morning. When I came Down it turned out that sauna is obviously off, and treadmills are again not operational. Apart from that meal ordered at the specific time, was 30 minutes late.
In comparison to other 5 star hotels - interconti, Renaissance, Sofitel, or Raffles it is at least one or ever to tiers worse.
Amazing hotel, Spectacular interior design, very clean, especially those days, very reach and tasty breakfast and most important, very good service
Great location in a unique historic building, rooms and common areas are covered in beautiful stone. Two good restaurants in the hotel. Lobby area could be utilized much better with a lively bar and music on ground floor (rather than -1 now). Unfortunately lacking modern communication amenities and a little too lightly staffed.
