Great spot, right up the hill from the beachfront area. Wonderful staff and pool, have a kitchen/restaurant with bar, fire pits poolside. Can’t go wrong.
It’s an average hotel- the staff are very responsive and courteous. We stayed here for a week (going to a different hotel next) and got the two bedroom suite. The kitchen came in extremely handy and we cooked quite a bit. The bunk bed was a hit with my kids. The only reason I’m not ranking higher is because the packaged breakfast was mediocre (brown bags due to the pandemic), cleaning was every 3 days (preferred every other day), and the property was meh.
The entire staff is very friendly and welcoming! Brandi Beaulieu at the front desk went above and beyond with her warm welcome. She spent extra time telling us about the area and amenities at the hotel and she even helped me print packets of school work for our kids for their remote learning. The hotel is very clean, comfortable and in a great location.
I love going here to give guests mobile massages. The staff is super friendly and the hotel is always so clean with a relaxing atmosphere. I would definitely spend a few nights here.
I had a wonderful stay with Residence Inn Marriott Wailea. Kailani at Front Desk was really awesome and friendly. Will definitely come back again! Great service and they are very aloha!
