Direct beach access and amazing breakfast buffet. We traveled with 2 yr old and could not have picked any better choices. They provide sunscreen at the pool and we ran out of baby shampoo and wipes, which they provided. Complimentary bottled water everywhere. Location is great as well- always sunny while other parts of Maui were cloudy/ drizzling. Very close (10min drive) to restaurants/ super markets/ nail salons/ 20mins to the best aquarium/ whale watching harbor. Rates are very high but their superb service justifies for it.
Tips:
1. Enjoy live music daily at lounge during evenings, no reservation needed
2. Ask for ground floor room with patio, privacy and space
3. Serenity pool at sunset, amazing view
4. Request concierge to arrange both garden and art tour to appreciate museum quality art collection
5. Get UpToDate ocean condition from on-site adventure staff
Seeing your segment on my destination TV only reminded me of how much your hotel ruined my honeymoon:(
My sunset, beachside couples massage never happened because the mother/daughter the hour before us decided they needed separate huts, and longer massages.
I get accommodating the customer, but mind you we were a honeymoon couples massage. It was our last night of vacation, 7 years later now, and all I can remember is your lack of customer service.
Also they even gave us the wrong jeep at valet.
Wish it wasn't the nightmare experience we had! And hope better for any future travelers!
Absolutely delicious. Service was spot on. Sat us early and accommodated our seating due to rain. Our servers were very knowledgeable of the food and its origin. Visit Maui, A must stop..
Hands down the best place to stay in Maui. I’m still dreaming of their adult pool and the pina coladas. They also have local beer on tap which is always appreciated. The rooms were grand, but what always makes the Four Seasons an top tier vacation accommodation is the thoughtful staff. Thank you for always going out of your way to make each stay special.
