This is a sweet little hotel located steps from the beach. Very close to great restaurants. Great sunset spot with the aloha vibe!
If you want don't wan't to be accommodated in an emergency, this is the place for you. Arrived during fires on the island and had to last minute book a night to stay. Booked through hotels.com(won't help you either if non-refundable). Fare was non-refundable (understood), booked it late that evening, but when arrived there was a line of 40 other guests seeking to check-in. After waiting over an hour with the line barely moving, we looked for another hotel. Days Inn Maui marked us as 'no-show', even though they were very understaffed and could not provide the service they were charging for when checking in guests (easily would have waited another hour or two into the middle of the night). Sad display of customer service. Also played the runaround for 3 weeks on hotels.com with them.
Schrödinger's slow Wi-Fi. Would be cool if the Internet didn't randomly cut out, or faster than 1mbps when it worked. The TV also decided to lose the color red after 5 minutes.
Edit: And now, the plumbing is making a loud high pitched whistling noise every few minutes. The other reviewers who recommend spending as little time as possible in your hotel room weren't kidding! Can't even sleep here.
Great location 2min walk to the beach with showers and beach towel rentals if you need. Free parking.
Rooms are constantly humid and very small, not at all what it looked like online. No laundry due to covid And the toilet kept making a very annoying whistling sound in the middle of the night. Hotels in Maui are so overpriced, please do yourself a favor and book an airbnb instead.
