Third time staying here, first during a global pandemic. Had another amazing experience and have to give a big shout out to Patrick at the front desk, who was so helpful and accommodating. I really appreciate their commitment to safety and cleanliness during Covid-19. Everything here was top notch and exceeded expectations — will definitely be back in the future!
Where can I begin?? My wife and I spent a week here and absolutely loved it. We knew from the moment we got there that this was going to be a special trip and Hotel Wailea didn't disappoint. The room, the ambiance, the people, the service and the views were beyond spectacular. We've frequented some of the nicest destinations around the world and not one of them compelled us to go write a review this in depth until now. Everyone from Karen with reservations, to our wonderful valets, My guy James at the pool bar and Brooke who made our stay feel like our home away from home. Last but certainly not least a big big thank you to Katie for making our trip so memorable. She was fantastic and we're so overwhelmed with how good she was to us. This truly defined what Aloha is all about. We'll be back as soon as time permits!! The best vacation ever!!
Direct beach access and amazing breakfast buffet. We traveled with 2 yr old and could not have picked any better choices. They provide sunscreen at the pool and we ran out of baby shampoo and wipes, which they provided. Complimentary bottled water everywhere. Location is great as well- always sunny while other parts of Maui were cloudy/ drizzling. Very close (10min drive) to restaurants/ super markets/ nail salons/ 20mins to the best aquarium/ whale watching harbor. Rates are very high but their superb service justifies for it.
Our favorite hotel in the world. I can't imagine going to a better place! The views, the beach, the restaurants, the pool grotto, the water slides....it has it all. And, most important, the relaxing views of Wailea. Highly recommend!
Fairmont hotels never let me down. You go on vacation to decompress and relax its beyond wonderful the beauty of hotel was breathtaking. I enjoyed the lobby and cozy seating areas of hotel. Loved it
This place is great. We staycation here regularly. Great for families. Staff is very attentive. Pool and hot tub awesome.
This is a sweet little hotel located steps from the beach. Very close to great restaurants. Great sunset spot with the aloha vibe!

Great spot, right up the hill from the beachfront area. Wonderful staff and pool, have a kitchen/restaurant with bar, fire pits poolside. Can’t go wrong.
This place has been my favorite stay in Maui. Rooms are stocked with every amenity you could possibly imagine. We came and the owners Jim and Eva left a basket with avocados, bread and muffins. The fridge was stocked with fresh pineapples, yogurts and juice all for no charge. There is an amazing outdoor patio for grilling an everything you could need to cook inside. The owners are so kind and helpful with everything. Plus we got a great discount for paying cash!
Beautiful unit, plenty of space for everyone and it is an awesome location. My only complaint - we like to BBQ when we are in Hawaii. In normal times we don't like to eat out and if you combine that with Covid where very little was open, we really had no choice but to eat in our unit. There is no vent fan on the patio and it fills with smoke from your BBQ really bad (no, I didn't burn our food). It smoked up to a pint where we could barely see the spectacular sunset views from the patio.
Hard to beat this beach. Perfect sand. Nice calm waters for family snorkeling. Nice coral with fish that I took my five and 9 year exploring in for a couple hours. I’d HIGHLY RECOMMEND it.
Great little condo complex. Pool right out your back door makes it perfect for young families. Nice sandy beach right across the street. Would definitely come back again
