I called to the hotel and would like to make a reservation for my Mum and Dad. Even though my parents didn’t have chance to stay but im really appreciate the front desk staff, Hoang Yen, she was really friendly and gave as much as details that i need, and tried to organise for my dad a best day, cos his birthday. Pretty sure if im back to viet nam when border opens, i will stay at yours hotel
Wind hotel is so beautiful and comfortable, the stuff are so friendly and super nice. The service is great. The view is beautiful , very clean and amazing, I love wind hotel ♥️
I have booked this resort through agoda, look relatively very new and partly still under construction during my stay. It is located in a quiet neighborhood and uphill, the resort is beautiful and tranquil. The hotel staff greeted us and provide us a phone for calling of shuttle service, which to our surprise that the shuttle can bring us to anywhere and back hotel before 6pm. The room is very spacious and clean, with hot shower and fast wifi. The bed is big and very soft, hotel even provide complimentary fruits in the fridge. Our room view is overseeing the town and even the lighthouse from afar. The breakfast selection is quite OK, with a few main to choose from and the preparation Is quite fast. The staff even provide a small note to make our day amazed and that if the food is not enough we can always asked for a refill. There is also a billard table, suana and steam but we didn't get the chance to use it. The only thing to improve is the key lock, maybe to use security card access instead and to change the internal to card insert so to cut down on electrical wastage. Highly recommended and definitely will go again if I am in vung tau.
phoned to ask about long term stay. Was chatting to receptionist then suddenly line went quiet. No 'let me ask manager and call you back or anything'. AFter 5 minutes she calls back and continues chatting. Misunderstand when I asked if the hotel has been recently renovated. When I was explaining the line went quiet again. THis time she never called back. Wouldn't touch with a barge pole.
Update (01/12/2020): Apology should have come at the beginning, not after trying to defend the reason for calls dropping and after I said 'I never received a call back after the 2nd call dropping'. Call back after 1st call dropped should've been immediate - not AFTER speaking to colleague/manager/supervisor about long term stay rates, otherwise customer is left wondering was the call terminated so she could speak to Manager to ask this or did the call drop. I've not yet come across many people in Vietnam who terminate calls with a 'bye' or other word or phrase. Makes it a bit confusing.
Not worth the price. Room isnt well maintained. Staff went quiet when I complained about the bad smell come from jacuzzi inside room. They gave us 4 complimentary spa voucher, we booked then came on time but they said their staff was unavailable and they did not know when staff would became available. cockroaches and ants in room as well.
Receptionist was nice, surroundings and pool was beautiful. But overall not a good experience
