Great experience with big room. One big hit is their balcony with sea view and some seafood. Smaller rooms sometimes don't have good view.
Beautiful pool, it needs some pizzazz to shake it awake however.
DON’T RECOMMEND FOR FOREIGNERS
The exterior of the hotel is much better than interior. The rooms are old, it was hard to open the wardrobe and also TV worked not properly. Mini-bar and a cup was dirty.
Service is poor, I didn’t find shampoo and toothbrush, next day when the stuff changed the towels, they gave only 2 instead of 4.
Receptionists’ manner of communication is not proper too.
Advantages : nice breakfast, great exterior, very picturesque swimming pool area and location is very close to the sea.
But service is poor, very Vietnamese.
Worst hotel and service ever... after telling me 3 times 3 different days that the pool was open, when I got there the motorbikes guard said that the pool was closed. So I call the hotel again and they said yes it is open, and after that the guard called them back and told him that the pool was closed.... if even the staff and reception don't know what is open or not ... so dissatisfied and disappointed with this hotel that is suppose to be a "LUXURY HOTEL "
