Affordable but they don't have much space for parking

Have 2 bathrooms, nice place for group of friends. Have all kitchen equipments. Con: Floor 1/ground dont have air conditioner. You have to park your bike/car 100m away and have to call the owner whenever you want to take it out.

This place can live up to 10 people. Only 2 cons: 1/ Scotter and car garages are far away from home. Not to far but still annoy a little. 2/ Far from the beach. 5 mins riding.
