Got the RIVA suite room. View and room itself were amazing. Great sea view and quiet room. Unfortunately that’s where it ends. Amenities were lacking, fridge was not stocked, front desk staff seemed very business oriented instead of inviting (also gave information check out was 11 when in the room multiple places it informs check out is noon) and breakfast buffet was a rollercoaster. Would stay again for the view but I’m sure there’s somewhere with better value for your money.
The beach is across the street. Do consider which beach is your preferred choice.

the hotel does not support even if you have urgent issue. the sale person does not behave with good manner to clients.
Stayed to use the hot tubs after exercising all day. No possible we found out after dinner as they close at 6pm. We were told to come back at 8am which we did...to find the pools aren't turned on until 8am so will be cold until we leave.
Centralized air conditioning system barely offers a breeze.
Rooms are quite clean and price is reasonable. It's near to the beach but far from food and shops. Room was in an odd location.
