I just ate the worst breakfast buffet in my life. The selection was awful. Everything was COLD. When food ran out nobody replaced it because there was 4 people playing on their phones and computer at the front desk. When you're at the pool area and try to get service the employee is just playing a game on his cell phone, and will phone in whatever you want. We tried to tell the person who brought our drinks to charge it to the room but he wasn't able to understand that. He went to the room looking to be paid instead., so we were inconvenienced and had to return to our room to get 20k vnd. There was barely anyone at the hotel, you'd think they would appreciate ANY guests and treat you better. No. That wasn't the case at all. The room was nice, but all else was just terrible.
The place is run down. Things falling are falling apart. Its dirty and unclean. Is definitely not a 4 star as they say. Is would be 2.5 star at most. Having all the toiletries does not make a 4 star. Lift is soo dirty I would not want to touch anything. And sheets has stains on them.
Convenient place for family. The room is spacious and clean. There are many ☕ in front of the hotel. Vuon Pho restaurant is quite ok, good food and reasonable price.
Just 2 things need to improve are Water in the bathroom should be stable for hot and cold and all things need to renovate.
Very nice place for resting. Near seaside, but far from beach.
