The name of the hotel is misleading because the service is way below average...The staff is unmotivated sometimes also against the costumer..All inclusive bar doesn't serve the drinks that are normally found in such bars - only 5 drinks including alcohol drinks and additional maybe 2 appetizers of 5 that are listed in the bar on list..The rooms are cleaned on average level where the hotel is cleaned below average - mirrors are dirty, sand from the beach is collecting before the room entrys..I had been in lower budget Hotels because we are on daily basis on the beach and use the hotel capacity only to eat and sleep and had experience better costumer handling as in this hotel.. therefore I would recommend you to use in only in this matter because otherwise you'll be deeply disappointed...
Has pool nice rooms good food
When staying at the villas, you should keep in mind that there're no AC, refrigerators and wi-fi in the rooms.
There's the "train" taking tourists to and from town center on evenings. And going to the bed with opened balcony door be prepared to hear its sounds till midnight.
The restaurant's personnel is friendly and the food is fine (although not very various from day to day) but the plates and forks are usually not very clean after dishwasher.
Good service for 3 star Hotel. Nice beach in few steps out. Do not recommend in high season due to rush and impolite people that look like they are starving when meal time starts.
The best ice cream on the beach is next to the hotel pool - Slastičarnica Nani. Only 8kn and big portions....
