Great hotel, great location. Our apartment was spacious and clean. Towels were changed daily. The technical support responded and fixed а рroblem immediately. The pool area is well organized. There are also playgrounds for children, and animators take care of the mood of everybody. Last but not least - the food. Everything we tried was delicious and freshly prepared. Perfect service. We will return again.
The hotel in general isn't bad.Its a good place for families that have kids.I would say the food needs to be improved and to add some umbrellas into the beach.
The beach is poor, no umbrellas and sun beds, too little for how many people are coming... Everything too crowded, but the location is awesome
Really high level accommodation. I wish there could be more distance and separate areas between smoker and not-smokers
They are not imposing their guests to wear masks inside the food court. The tables are outside, but the food is inside, and nobody except their staf are wearing masks. They ask you to use sanitizers before entering the food court, but thats all.
