Highly recommended! Don't miss this place. Clean and comfortable rooms, excellent kitchen, marvelous spa and huge fitness. The beach is next to tbe swimming pool. The view is excellent. The staff is nice and very kind. Everything you need for active holidays
Public beach but hotel guests have a special area around the hotel with a large pool. Spa services with free jacuzzis, wet and dry sauna. Very clean rooms, good breakfast.
Cons:
Some rooms don't have balconies which is pretty meh.
Great hotel with great facilities. As previous people said, not every room have a great view but generally it’s ok. Also I didn’t had any wifi signal. Overall everything was ok and the pros were more than the cons.
Bad management. The spa was dirty (my friends got infections) and we didn’t get the room we paid for.
The only good thing in the hotel was the breakfast.
we had a reservation for a week for a 2 person room with a partial sea view, that was confirmed 30 minute before arrival over the phone. When we entered the hotel they told us that due to some technical issue the only room available was with a street view (without balcony, nor terrace), I don't understand why we couldn't have been informed of this during the phone confirmation, literally 30 minutes before. I'm 100% sure that they gave our room away to someone right before calling us to confirm the reservation... They wanted to charge us the same price as for the room with a balcony and a sea view, by offering the give us free evening meal (which we had told them that we didn't need during our reservation) , we had to argue with them to correct the price...
later the next day we decided to have lunch there, no one had informed us that all the drinks and beverages were supposed to have been bought separately, and my fiance and I had to argue over a glass of water, which eventually ended in us having to buy a bottle...during the lunch that we had paid for...
There was a giant crack across the entire mirror in our room.... no place to dry your swimsuit...and it was terribly humid and hot
when we confronted with staff at the reception they offered to speak to a supervisor, that blandly told us "this is what the policy of the hotel is"...
I'd never recommend this to my worst enemy
