I was carried away by the previous reviews but there was probably a management change or something. They do not make your room daily! There is no breakfast service, the Internet is very weak in the rooms, you have no place to eat or work, noise from the avenue is super intense (a lot of traffic), if you pay with a card it is more expensive The pillows were hairy and the covers were not clean, the hot water takes about 5 min to come out and as if that were not enough there is a Venezuelan receptionist who seems to do a favor to assist you. Not even in hostels have I had such a bad experience.
