A very nice place. People there are very kind an attentive. Beautiful gardens and very comfortable rooms. The place is near the beach and interesting places of the city. The only disadvantage is the lack of a parking space.
This was a delightful little hotel with all the warmth of a family home in a great location. The hosts are wonderful, along with the breakfast and ambiance of the hotel. Our room was very clean and comfortable, with tasteful decoration and plenty of room to move (we were in the large King size room). We loved relaxing in the courtyard garden in the late afternoon, and enjoyed the area that the hotel is in. There are plenty of restaurants close by, and it is an easy walk to the beach. Do yourself a favour and enjoy dinner in the hotel - Christian is an excellent cook, and paired our meal with a superb Chilean red wine! I couldn't recommend this hotel enough!!
Wow, just wow! Probably the best place we stayed during our entire trip. The owners are super nice and accommodate you in every way possible. The rooms are super beautiful, clean and made with lots of details. Absolutely recommend staying here!
We enjoyed every second on our stay at this hotel. Although the hotel is located in the heart of Viña del Mar it is very quite and feels like staying in an oasis. You'll find lots of restaurants, bars and stores just around the corner. Also the beach is just a few steps away. Very safe and nice neighborhood.
Every corner of the hotel is very well and detailed designed and the beds were amazingly cozy. Everything is sparkling clean. The food (Dinner & Breakfast) is absolutely delicious with an unbelievable variety to choose from.
You can see and feel that the hosts love what they do and they fully do it with heart! We would highly recommend a stay at Esencia (and we would love to come back again).
excellent attention from the owners, they make you feel that you are at home. The breakfast is very rich, you can ask for anything you want and you can order it in the room or in the dining room or garden. The location is excellent, it is close to everything !!. Nothing to say a 7 as a hotel !! you have to go back anyway.
