Very kind staff, place is beautiful and they are all in disguise. Food is fine but there is little to eat or drink besides breakfast. A bit noisy at night because the doors sound real loud.
Excellent service in an amazing hotel! Great experience...staff very friendly, will make you "live" the whole "castle experience" Breakfast was so cool! They even have traditional clothes for you to wear...
Interesting concept. Rooms a bit small for the price paid, breakfast served in a marquee that shakes when walking.
