Very good hotel .
Rooms are cleanclean, food in restaurant is fantastic.
Staff is very friendly but sometimes are slow especially in restaurant.
Overall is great!
14 night stay and my only complaint was the girl who checked us in was very rude. The rest of the staff was great and our stay was pleasant!
The hotel is nicely located in the woods a bit outside of Reñaca and the beach is 20
Minutes away in walking distance.
The rooms are good but quite small compared to other hotels in this category. A problem is that the walls are very thin and you hear a lot of noises from then outside and the other rooms.
While the staff is very friendly in general they seem to be overchallenged with international visitors in particular but also with easy stuff like preparing the breakfast in time.
For the claimed category the hotel is not good enough.
