More than five years ago came here to find a way to switch off my busy mind after a hard working day and train inner muscles to avoid back pain.
Today I'm still coming to the same place but for different reason - spiritual growth that starts with healthy body and calm mind and continues to an exciting journey to my inner self.
I've found out Mai Ram Yoga at the moment when our family was about to fall out. Stress at work, tension at home, challenges with our kids seemed becoming unbearable. I've started out of curiosity what was this all about. And I have enjoyed a chance to turn off my phone for two hours. Little did I know that this would become a life-changing experience. Now my body is more flexible than ever. My mind is calmer and stronger when dealing with life's challenges. My family is happier and held together by a bond much stronger than a wedding vow. It's hard to pinpoint the exact words of the Guru or exact event that brought specific change. But with regular practice, each satsang, each retreat I am slowly transforming to a stronger, wiser and plainly happier human being.
