Nicest hotel in the city

We have travelled and stayed at quite many hotels in Europe, but Grotthuss Hotel in Vilnius is by far the nicest we have been to. First we were upgraded to a junior suite because we were celebrating a birthday. Then we discovered how friendly the entire staff was. But one receptionist, called Emilia, was totally outstanding and made our trip really amazing. No matter if we wanted to find an open tattoo studio after opening hours or if we needed maps explained - she made it happen. It's a true pleasure to meet someone who is so serviceminded, kind and caring. We really recommend a visit to lovely Vilnius and to Grotthuss Hotel, and if the receptionist Emilia is working when you arrive you are lucky.
