Room is quite cozy, we choose bigger room with massage bath, the worst was that water was cold all evening and next morining. Spa are is 6/10, spa shower water also cold, strange smell in all area like mold. One sauna was non working. We choose accommodation with breakfast (cost additional) reception said that we can find them in our fridge. So we found them. Simple sandwiches like selling in a gas station or mall. If we know that breakfast look like this we was not choose them (I understand situation on COVID-19 that we can not eat in one place but this is very poor). Restaurant food is quite good. The smell of oil every where, but staff was nice, size of plate also was good and tasty 7/10. Event do not try for this price if you want to rest.

It was one of the worst experiences with the Hotels. As soon as you enter the building you feel some weird smells. Carpet in the room and corridor isn't clean. When we came to our room, we saw some bulbs that are not working well (turns on and off), the towels were in a bad condition, we are glad that we had ours. The SPA dressing room wasn't clean, jacuzzi was cold, the sauna had some weird cleaner-bleach smell, one of them was not working. The staff was playing on their phones laying down next to massage rooms. Staff at the desk was not very friendly either. The only nice thing was the design of the room and that the sheets were clean.
Would give 0/10, hope no one has this experience. Sadly it was too late to find other hotel✌️

We mainly chose this hotel because of its spa, but we got very dissapointed. The jacuzzi water was not hot or even i could say not warm. Like cold tea water. The steam /bath sauna, was only little bit warm and also was smelling moldy. Also some of the procedures/places were not working. For example - russian sauna.
After our "great" spa experience we decided to take a shower in our room. But our room got flooded from the shower. Luckily they changed our room to another one, but the lady at the desk, did not even apologise, so the service was terrible and not polite.
You are given a piece of paper to choose you breakfast meal. The options were very few. It was only dishes like omelette, or sausages with salad. They also had options for pancakes but for some reason we could not choose them.. Next morning when we go to eat we see that the portion size was child-like. Very small. So the breakfast was dissapointing as well.
At least the bed and the design of the room was good and very comfy.
Only the view from the window is really amazing (view on the nature). Very poor breakfast. Administrator not very friendly. Very cheap restaurant, not bad.
