Stayed at the Anantara for a full week so feel like I've tried out all the ammenities. Had an excellent stay overall! The view, the pool, the hotel cleanliness and the quality of the breakfast was superb. I think what makes this hotel better than most in the Algarve region is the quality of the staff. They were very friendly, attentive and did their best to cater to your needs. From the breakfast staff, pool staff, the cleaners and front desk management, all were exemplanary.
Tips for Guests: book the sea/golf view instead of the standard garden view. Also if you want to use the gym, book the hour slots ahead of your visit. Make sure to try a cocktail at the lobby bar.
Anantara Vilamoura really is the place to go if you want to relax and indulge! Excellent breakfast selection, the room was stunning and all the Covid-19 protocols are thoroughly followed. Highly recommend the spa too as the massage was probably the highlight for me. Cannot stress how amazing this place was! Thank you.
The place is incredible and the view of the golf is super peaceful and calming. Definitely a great place to stay in order to chill. Unfortunately, it doesn't handle big numbers of people very well as they start struggling to seat people and have enough beds by the pool

It was lovely hotel. Very clean, decor was modern and hotel is well maintained. Friendly helpful staff from the front desk, porters to the chefs and wait staff. Everyone was really nice and it was a relaxing holiday for my family of 4. Removed a star because they need to think about a commerical diffuser scent system. Periodically you get a whiff of some not so pleasant smell.
