Well located. Dated but staff very friendly. Mist of my time will be spent seeing the Country not hanging out in my room. But very clean. Just a note the sage cost extra if you need it.
Basic but clean and tidy and staff were very friendly. Enjoyed my stay. Food was good. All in all very reasonable.
We went to Dom Pedro as we were attending a wedding nearby. Apparently it was the weekend of Portugal day. The room prices had all spiked to approximately £140 a night. The hotel is trapped in a time warp. It's quite clean but everything is brown. The beds are really uncomfortable and the towels were old-fashioned and not fluffy. It was an expensive stay and it didn't match the price tag. I wouldn't return. It needs a bit of TLC. If nothing else throw out the brown towels and buy fluffy white towels that show the guest it's clean. If you love the 80s it's worth a visit.
I enjoyed this hotel/apartment. We were on the ocean side of the building on the 5th floor and had a good view. Enjoyed siting on the balcony in the evenings eating olives, Jamon Cerrano and drinking some port wine. The prices are reasonable. Our unit had a kitchen, living room and one bedroom. We enjoyed our week stay here in the area.
