Great hotel. During our stay everything was perfect. Very good facilities including a gym and outdoor/indoor pools, restaurants, reserved beach sector at Vilamoura beach and a shuttle service to the village center/the beach. Staff was really attentive and made great impression on the overall experience. One thing which could be considered is to extend opening hours of indoor/outdoor swimming pools to evening hours. I will recommend the hotel to family and friends and will return at some point.
Love this place, Hotel is great without being too formal, lovely setting, great pool, good selction of food and location is superb. Cant wait to go back would highly recommend
The hotel is very well utilised with several swimming pools and excellent gym facilities. Location about 15 minutes walk to the centre. The rooms are spacious with comfortable beds though the air con is loud on any level above 1.
Was disappointed when ordering a buffet dinner that on arrival at the correct time to be told that due to insufficient numbers was cancelled, it would have been nice to have been informed earlier as I had even spoken about my reservation time with reception within 2 hours of the dinner.
