We have been there twice Nov 2019 and march 2020 fantastic place very friendly staff it was my partner's birthday treat and she was treated with a nice BOTTLE OF champagne from the staff on her birthday waiting for her when we got back from the marina could not fault the place at all that's why we have just booked to go back for XMAS AND NEW YEAR
Excellent. Rooms spacious clean and tidy. Grounds very well maintained. Staff brilliant from maids to reception. Feel like a member of the family.

We have just returned from our holiday in Vilamoura. The hotel was excellent. The room was very clean and had all you need for self-catering. The location is great too as it is very near to the beach (beautiful beach), which is a walk distance but perhaps not for children, however on the little train, hotel bus or taxi is only about 5 minutes or so and less than 5 euros. The hotel bus is free anyway. The Marina is just about 10 minutes and again you can walk down there too.The service in general was very good too. A special thanks to Jorge at the reception, very helpful and friendly. In case for groceries there are two supermarkets just less than 5 minutes walk from the hotel. And the pool was great too....
