Nice Hotel with really nice staff and a great location. Breakfast buffett offers a big variety with everything you could need.

Great location. Great hotel. Lovely and warm. Just what you need when it is so cold outside. Staff very friendly at check in and we were able to check in a little earlier than anticipated. Definitely one to recommend.
Luxury and comfort without compromise! Impeccable ambiance.
Pros: Modern and almost hipster vibe is a complete contrast from the classic feel of Vienna. Healthy breakfast options sourced from locals. Amazing shower haha
Cons: May need to improve on the hospitality side. Too relax and no sense of urgency for guests.
The right place to stay in Vienna.
The hotel is still open during these COVID times. Faclities are quite well, rooms are clean, comfortable and spacious enough, the lobby at the ground floor is cozy and suit well to sit with your notebook and dinner ('cause all the restaurants, that consierge will recommend you, are in to-go/delivery mode now).
Loved it. The black room is so cool.

The best is again location location location
Different from usual hotels, an excellent architectonical idea. You live in a small apartment, and get an impression of life in the area.
