I stayed in this hotel for 12 days, crossed my birthday, Christmas and New year eve. It was snowing and very beautiful of course, but very cold too. So, after I told the staff, I saw a kettle in my room. And after a couple of days, they offered me a nicer room with a better window view. I told them I don't need it. I was out all the time. The staff helped me to book three train tickets and 4 concert tickets. And help me to find a Vienna boy choir. It was the best service I have ever had and I travel more than 70 countries and tones hotel. They found the ski trip I was going to only could stay maybe 2 hours, so they helped me to find another one I could stay longer. They don't ask for any tip, they don't sell any ticket or trip, they help me just for no extra money. The last morning, I told them I could not have this nice breakfast anymore, because my flight is 5 am. So, they brought me breakfast to my room and no extra fee. They asked me what I need for breakfast. Then I had it at 3 am. Thank you. You are the best.
The stay here was quite comfortable. The rooms were light and airy with wonder high ceilings.
Check in and out experience could be improved as the team are quite rushed here which causes a little bit of frustration.
Restaurant is ok, although when I was there is was quite quiet.
