Good money for value if you plan a city trip. Lively in district around, great cafes in walking distance.
However some room for improvement possible. Soap was not refilled or used cups cleaned up during room service. (Maybe due to COVID-19)
Style of the place is nice and the art is amazing but at the same time the floor in my room was quite bad (see picture).
Friendly and helpful staff!

I actually did inform the team via the provided WhatsApp -> Great idea for a workaround!!!Unfortunately the details were not taken care of. Towels were changed and the bed was made.

Nice decor with a minor few exceptions. Shower was not convenient to use. Nightstands on both sides and a proper desk would be nice.
Nice Hotel in the City of Vienna. Staff is friendly & Rooms are clean. We have paid 75,00€/Night. What do you want more?

Staff very friendly and helpful.
Room are cozy and comfortable, not very big but ok for Europe standard.
