Very nice location, easy to find. Nice staff. But we were promised a quiet room via email (so to make that clear again: they gave us a written confirmation but still didnt keep the promise), once we arrived we had a noisy room right next to the elevator. After asking for another room they let us know that the quiet rooms are only in another price category. They should have informed us before, so we could have upgraded or looked for another place to stay. I was very disappointed to stay 4 nights in Vienna and barely sleep.
Also I must add, that in that matter the staff was not helpful at all.
The sink smelled badly and there was no basic hygiene items available.
Not acceptable for a hotel in this price category.

Nice and safe location next to embassies. 500m to U1 metrostation. Easy access to best tourist attractions.
Small little hotel but decent. Breakfast ok. No gym unless you want to walk to their other hotel to use it. There are many grocery stores nearby.
