The right place to stay in Vienna.
The hotel is still open during these COVID times. Faclities are quite well, rooms are clean, comfortable and spacious enough, the lobby at the ground floor is cozy and suit well to sit with your notebook and dinner ('cause all the restaurants, that consierge will recommend you, are in to-go/delivery mode now).
My wife and I spent the first part of our honeymoon in Vienna where we stayed at this hotel – and we had a lovely experience during our four nights there! The staff has been so kind during our stay with great service and advise on areas to visit in the city. As well, the room (standard double room) was well-furnished with large wardrobes and a nice bed where we could relax after our long walks around the city.

I'm afraid I have to leave a negative review because the hotel management is completely unreasonable. We planned to travel to Vienna before Christmas, but our trip was disrupted by change in COVID regulations and could therefore no longer go. I called the hotel to ask for cancellation and refund / voucher 5 times and never was able to speak to the manager. I emailed the manager but the email was never returned. Until I called the hotel again after the start of our reservation date, it was answered, and I was told to send another email. Soon I received a response telling me there's nothing they can do about it and they did not refund or give us voucher of a penny. I gave the hotel plenty of notice and the cancellation is indeed due to extenuating circumstances. Yet the hotel was utterly irresponsive and showed no understanding of the customer situation. Spent 350EUR for nothing. Very disappointed.
Awful experience. We stayed in this hotel from August 16-August 18, 2 nights. First they blocked the deposit which was 129.60 EU. Than during the check out we payed for 2 night and the worker told us the deposit will be returned within a week. Right now they are refusing to pay us back and saying that we stayed 3 nights plus we drunk water)) non of this is true. I contacted booking representative about this situation, the process was ongoing but the hotel closed it and said the issue had been settled with the customer. Which is total lie. Currently issue is investigated by booking. Very unpleasant
