Perfekt: Amazing Design, Superior Service. Excellent Breakfast.
It was beautiful! We were upgraded for free. The people at the front desk were awesome. I needed a fan and a plug in and they were super cooperative. It was within walking distance of every major attraction. They even offered to keep our bags after we checked out so we didn't have to carry them around.
Highly recommendable! Great location and extremely friendly and helpful staff. Many thanks to the managing director Ms Wexberg and her team!

Worse customer service that I know along with the EXPEDIA website. how it is possible that I can not cancel the hotel if my entire trip was canceled product of covid-19. From 8 hotel reservations and 3 different flights the only hotel that has refused to return the money is this Hotel Topazz and they offered us if we wanted to postpone it to the end of May (actual reservations is from 5/13 to 5/16) like if this virus was due to resolve in 1 week, they did not understand that there are no flights from the USA to Europe. So now we ending losing $ 1700 (2 room) beacuse of their lack of sensitivity of the current situation.
