Hotel location provide good public transportation possibilities to reach the city center.
The hotel rooms are modern and there is plenty of nice decorations and attention to small details which made our stay there special in a pleasant way.
The breakfast was as well a really positive experience with diversity and quality products.
The staff was friendly, helpful and took time to discuss with us and answered our questions.
Stayed there for a week. Unfortunately during the pandemic lockdown period so I didn't see anything except the room. But, the room was perfect. Fantastic shower, great bed and everything was super clean and extremely new. Everybody who works there were very kind and helpful to me, a stupid foreigner who can't speak any German.
I will definitely steer my visitors in Vienna to the Niu Franz.
Nice, clean and comfortable design hotel. Situated close to the public transport and train station- has its pros and cons. You are fast in the city but hear trains while sleeping.
Well there is something wrong with the staff. Nice ambient of the rooms and nice merchandising. Well I wanted to talk to the manager of this hotel, and the receptionist send me some guy with no name on his T-shirt. She lied about that and when I raise my voice a little that I wanted the real manager, they call the police. Well police came and the receptionist said that I throw something at her. I don't know if they have a surveillance camera, but policemans didn't take a look at them about the truth. They throwed me out of the hotel and said that I'm not welcomed there. I don't recommend this hotel anymore. I have such a bad experience in there. For a Slovenian girl in Vienna. Well I said that I will write to the CEO and the austrian Ambasada in Slovenia. Bad taste of Vienna. Bitter.
