The best is again location location location
Just arrived and checked in today , and I have to say I’m impressed.... been to a lot of hotels , but by far that hotel is amazing on many aspects:
1. The view is the best from the panoramic view from the room over the city
2. Took the car to the parking through a valet service , was very polite
3. Check it was simple and fast
4. Tech support on spot for an issue I didn’t understand for the tv , technician was a professional and friendly , resolved immediately
5. Forgot my phone in the car , they offered to get it themselves from the reception (highly appreciated gesture)
6. Every request is met with great precision and speed
7. The room is super clean and really well designed (love the pull out TV )

Spa Area:
Service was ok but nothing outstanding. For the high price the overall experience could be better. Some free Shampoo or better hair dryer woudnt be so bad. For a hotel guest the spa is a good and fancy experience with great views from the relaxing areas, for a day spa trip in my opinion not worth it.

We visited SO Vienna during Christmas, 2019 as part of our honeymoon from Canada. First of all, the location is perfect. If you have never been to Vienna, you're about a 20 minute ride or Uber from the airport (or train about 25-30)... Proximal to city center. The underground train is a 2 minute walk, and there are plenty of restaurants, grocery stores, and street vendors nearby.
Secondly, we were treated like royalty. They started us off with a nice surprise and upgraded us to the largest room on the 14th floor. It was spectacular and the views breathtaking. The room had a dining room table, mini bar (drinks and snacks were included for free!) And heated floors, heated mirrors (after shower can see your mug) and heated towel racks. There is an in room speaker system, plenty of pamphlets for the hotel and city, and two large TVs with 70 channels. The TV channels were mostly German, with about 10 total that were English.
When we arrived in our room, we were greeted with chocolates and champagne, and a personal note to wish us well on our honeymoon that noted they would do whatever it takes to make our journey splendid. Their turndown service at night was very nice, pulling back the sheets, providing a calming tea and taking out slippers for us amongst other things.
We ate at Dos Loft, however we do not want to put that review here, however the views were unreal and food on point.
We spent time in the Spa, getting a massage and using the gym, jacuzzi, steam room. This was perfect for us, as the gym had a full squat rack and was not busy at all.
Aside from this , there were little gifts and such for Christmas and honeymoon scattered throughout our trip. The hotel also provided umbrellas to take whenever and wherever.
Lastly, when checking out , our flight was 10:15 PM. We could not get a late check-out because the hotel was fully booked, so they allow guests to have full day spa access. That allows you to shower, change , workout, or use the amenities prior to your flight. They store your luggage securely all the while.
We could not have asked for better service and hospitality. The price was right for the location, options, room, and service !
