Best hotel to stay in Vienna! Amazing breakfast with fresh smoothies and tasty gluten free options. Super friendly (and dogfrienfly) staff (especially Sandra from the reception) with a lot of activities to spend a nice evening at the bar playing Billard or in the sauna. We loved it and will come back every time we are in Vienna for sure!
Fantastic hotel - great facilities in a beautiful modern place.
Stayed for business and was very impressed with the facilities and the hotel in general. Loved the yoga space, the ironing station and especially the library - made such a difference to have somewhere to work together with colleagues in the hotel that was quiet and relaxed.
Great bar for evening cocktails and outstanding breakfast selection with food for all diets.
Will definitely return!
Nice decor with a minor few exceptions. Shower was not convenient to use. Nightstands on both sides and a proper desk would be nice.
Hotel location provide good public transportation possibilities to reach the city center.
The hotel rooms are modern and there is plenty of nice decorations and attention to small details which made our stay there special in a pleasant way.
The breakfast was as well a really positive experience with diversity and quality products.
The staff was friendly, helpful and took time to discuss with us and answered our questions.

Pros: Modern and almost hipster vibe is a complete contrast from the classic feel of Vienna. Healthy breakfast options sourced from locals. Amazing shower haha
Cons: May need to improve on the hospitality side. Too relax and no sense of urgency for guests.

I totally felt like I’m a real vip the moment I stepped in this Hotel. I had a sleeping and living area, a Bang & Olufsen plasma flat-screen TV, and designer furniture by B&B Italia, Wittmann, Philippe Starck and Minotti. The Hotel is located in the middle of the City Centre, almost all the attractions are easily accessible. All of the staffs were able to attend to my questions and needs and they were all very kind and warm. For the price of 417 Euros for a Superior Double Room as posted in Booking.com, I must say that you’d really get the value for your money.
It is a cozy hotel. Nice service. But no kitchenette available to cook your own food
The Personal was so friendly. Hotel room excellent; equipped, clean, and elegant. Breakfast with a lot of variety. Just an amazing stay for my husband and me. 5 stars, Top!
Excellent hotel. Good breakfast. Vienna attractions are easily to reach either by tramp or metro.Walking distance to Vienna center is ok.

I had a lovely stay at this hotel. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The staff is amicable and professional. Another thing we enjoyed was the breakfast. I would advise the hotel to supply soy or almond milk as well. The location is conveniently close to the inner city and we could reach the underground in 10 minutes max. If you want to park your car, there is a public paid parking nearby for which the hotel supplies a discount. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel.

The right place to stay in Vienna.
The hotel is still open during these COVID times. Faclities are quite well, rooms are clean, comfortable and spacious enough, the lobby at the ground floor is cozy and suit well to sit with your notebook and dinner ('cause all the restaurants, that consierge will recommend you, are in to-go/delivery mode now).
Very friendly and warm atmosphere.
I always feel at home away from home.
