After years and several visits, we made to stay in this hotel!! First great surprise:we could visit Giulietta statue alone, without other tourists! The reception, garage support and luggage service were super nice. Room, simply fantastic and super romantic. And the right balance of comfort, furniture, style, paintings. Has a lift, not really commun in antique buildings. Verona worths the stop as well!

Lovely boutique hotel in the heart of Verona, located in the courtyard of Juliette’s balcony. The customer service was spectacular. I enjoyed the that there was no dining room and breakfast was brought directly to your room. Very promptly I might add. The only negative would be the amount of people you must navigate around in order to get in & out of the hotel during the time the balcony is open to the public. I would suggest having the hotel assist with a transfer. The hotel will be happy to meet you at your car or taxi to assist with luggage given the tricky logistics of it being located on a pedestrian only street.
...this was the most unusual room we have ever stayed in, overlooking the balcony of Romeo and Juliet, amazing hotel, well worth a visit!... superb value for money, excellent staff and service...
I usually dont give 5 stars but this place is just Gorgeous.. the service is wonderful, the location is wonderful (though it can get loud and giggle riddled from 7am to 7pm when the throngs invade to touch Juliet's bosom or take pictures in her make belief balcony ♀️ but back to the hotel the rooms are well appointed and you are literally transported back into time. The only thing you miss here is a open common space where you can sit and read Shakespeare or Dante or sip on your apero (which they have but dont use). Will definitely come back.
