I liked everything in this hotel. Location, atmosphere, service, yammy breakfast. My room was like duplex and silent. Just watch it.The bathroom is quite big. And I like the style. Was in September 2019.
What is really bad in Venice that google map doesnt work and it was difficult to find it ♀️
Absolute best friendly staff, very clean with maid service everyday, very calm beautiful atmosphere. The continental breakfast room is beautiful also with fresh choices of foods every morning. Close to shops, deli, and sites. I was there in Venice for 8 wonderful days. When I return to Venice, this hotel will be my choice for check-in once again.
I had the good fortune to spend spent a week in this hotel and it was an absolute delight. The location is perfect; the price is right, and the included breakfast is epic in a beautiful room. I cannot imagine staying anywhere else in Venice.

Staff were excellent extremely helpful, place was beautifully decorated, nicest breakfast room I have eaten cozy feeling. Great central location
Very nice place, very good location - gondola beside the hotel's entrance. Waterbus stop 5min by walk, San Marco square 10min by nice walk with lot of shopping. Highly recommended.
