We stayed in this hotel for 10 nights (23rd December to 02 January), despite bad reviewers which made me really worried before the trip, the hotel was very nice and equipped. The room was clean, NO bugs, clean bathroom, really nice breakfast, and kind receptionists. This hotel is really good for staying in Venice. The room was not cold at all. The only problem was that the bed sheets were not changed until we asked for the change, otherwise I really enjoyed our stay in this hotel. It was quite and located in a very nice area in Venice. Thank you
Very nice place! Love the receptionist she very caring and cares a lot about this place. Will definitely come back! Plus her English is fluent and helps a lot traveling out of USA!
Nice location to visit this wonderful city, clean, and tidy room, basic amenities but worth the value if traveling on a budget.
BED BUGS + 8 Inches of water in my room. So on my second night I had water coming into my room. I had up to 8 Inches of grey water all over the room.The pizza box was racing with the brown gondola if you know what I mean.The smell was unbearable that I couldn't sleep that night.By the way, it was already stinking before the flood. I know it is not the hotels fault that they had a recent flood but there is not even a gate in front of the door to even try to stop the water room coming in. Most shops and hotel do have a barricade style in from of the door but that 0.1star hotel don’t.Then I asked to switch room the next day and I had the pleasure to meet with all size of BED BUGS all over the bed. So I asked AGAIN to switch room and they moved me into a shoebox size room with a twin bed. I had booked a double bed since I am 6”3’ tall so I need a bigger bed than a twin. I had to throw away 2 of my shirts because they were stained with blood cause of the BUGS. By the end of my lovely stay, I asked the personnel at front desk if they were going to do something about it. The lady simply said that “Not our fault I am so sorry” Well It is not my fault that I had to write a bad review... Sooooooo Sorry
