Closed but still advertised by the new owner Salute Hospitality Group. The problem is that the new hotel is totally different (for example: more family friendly then adults only). Also, the "gym" is a collection of few devices in a 20sqm open air room, without any air circulation (not to mention air conditioning). Totally useless in summer.
Shocking service!! This hotel has cancelled mine and my daughters stay due to closure. Closing the hotel is understandable but you shouldn’t be keeping our money! Offering us a credit is not good enough when your prices for the same stay next year are 40X higher! Completely unacceptable. You should be ashamed of yourselves! We want our £500 back!
We were so happy with our hotel stay, the friendly efficiency of the staff and the amazing breakfast! They spoke English well (since our Italian was lacking). Our rooms were very clean and quiet. Can't say enough good things!
Great location! The bed is very comfortable, the room is cute and breakfast it's ok. But the first day I found hair in my toilet so I doubt the room was 100% clean, also staff don't have any snacks, no shower caps, no food or anything at night:/ weird for a hotel.
Great place. They have everything you need even a decent workout area with all the basics you need for body weight workouts. The breakfast is good with a nice dining room. Room was large and quiet. Everything clean as well. Very helpful staff especially with lending me water boots to walk around in the flooded city streets a couple days. Good part of town too, my favorite actually. Away from all the shopping and bougie people.
