Fantastic hotel in Venice with unbeatable views over the grand canal. The restaurant terrace is truly unique, and the service is excellent. They will arrange a boat for you to go to a murano factory they have a partnership with - really nice experience. Artwork in the rooms dates back centuries and adds a truly bespoke feeling to your stay. Only one thing to work on - the gym. But it’s in Venice so walking does the trick ;)
Beautiful, great staff and excellent location. We stayed here for our anniversary and it was so perfect. The staff really made it special and we got to live our dream of dining canalside.

Location: The location is superb. You are right on the canal and minutes away from San Marco Square. Great eating joints nearby, coffee places etc.
Hospitality: Excellent hospitality all around. Everybody was great.
Breakfast: The breakfast is very good. Good number of options for vegetarians.
Riva Lounge: Loved sitting on the deck of the Riva Lounge for drinks. The view from the deck of the lounge is breathtaking.
Areas of Opportunity
For the Riva Lounge, would be great if they offer preferred table reservations for house guests. This would resulted us in visiting the lounge much more often.
