What they offer in their web site is not what you get regarding the room. They publish room pictures of a different hotel (Bonvecchiati Palace). For being a 4 star hotel, they had no complementary nothing (i.e. coffee, water). The room wasn't neither nice nor well kept. This has nothing to do with the great location of the hotel, which was nearby lots of interesting places.
Amazing experience. Every time I go to Venice, I stay at this hotel. Very convenient location. The ambiance is meticulously crafted to give tourists the sensation of a true Venetian voyage. Never disappoints!

A very relaxing place to stay in a beautiful city! Location is perfect and the room is pretty. A bit old fashioned (interior designs, wallpaper..) but still presentable. The only thing i didn't like and didn't work well was the hair dryer . They should check it before a new client will use the room.
The only advantage is the location of the hotel. The hotel should be four-star. The room is not big, and there are no free bottled water and hot water bottles. There are not many kinds of breakfast, it's the same every day. On the whole, the service was good. The room attendant was very hardworking, but didn't have an expression when spoke.
Centrally located, we found the hotel to be very well run, with turndown service in the evening, very helpful front desk, and good restaurant. Arriving by water taxi, hotel has it's own boat dock. Rooms are a tad small, but we moved into the newer wing and had a better bathroom and more space.
