The hotel staff is extremely friendly. The breakfast bar is restricted due to virus but the waiter there is so fast and polite getting everyone's orders done as fast as he possibly can (jogging back and forth). The hotel is in a great location no matter which way you go in the city it's usually a 10-15min walk back. Perfect for shopping and dropping off bags or coming back to take a quick nap in between sight seeing. Great prices, good room, and an absolute amazing and very tasty full breakfast. Cannot recommend this hotel enough

Me and my girlfriend had 4 nights at the Hotel Mercurio before leaving on a cruise. Excellent location for exploring Venice. Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean rooms. Nice breakfast each morning. Recomended!
Lovely hotel with clean and comfortable rooms. Our room was quite spacious. We travelled as a family of three. The location is excellent, just a 5 minute walk from SAN Marco (St Mark’s square). Toilet was very clean and comfortable too. Breakfast had quite a few options. Clearly the best ever cappuccino in Venice!! I even told the gentleman serving us breakfast that his coffee was the beat coffee I had tasted. We had a fabulous stay over the Christmas holidays. Hotel can be tricky to find as it is an new and unknown place, so I suggest using google maps. Nice friendly staff. Thank you!
