Really liked this hotel! It was beautiful during Christmas time. The staff was super friendly, the rooms were beautiful and clean, and you can't beat the location to get to the Basilica and roam other areas! Highly recommend booking the water taxi. It was so fun and convenient! You don't want to drag your luggage across Venice to get to the hotel.
Outdated Stark design, breakfast quality needs improvement. Not 5 Star level Hotel. Friendly service, good location. Terrasse rooms are the nicest.
First trip w/o kids for my wife and I in some time.
My daughter broke her leg 3 days before our stay. Surgery required. Had to fly home. Called hotel and could provide evidence. (I’m sure some people lie about stuff like this.) They were “very sorry” but still charged full freight at $745 €/NT. Marriott said they could not do anything about it.
Hard to recommend a place where the management has no empathy. For a “top rated” property, they should score 0.

A unique hotel in the heart of Venice. Excellent service and very comfortable rooms ! I can only recommend it very strongly. A big thank you to Silvia, Luca and Michele for making my wife’s 30th birthday very magical. We feel blessed and very lucky. Thank you ❤️
PalazzinaG is very charming and it’s interesting and modern design cannot be compared with any other hotel in Venice.
