The staff were very helpful in recommending good restaurants. The hotel is beautiful and clean. And the location can't be beat. Absolutely wonderful.
Extremely disappointed with this hotel!! We were due to come to Italy in June for our honeymoon, however due to the pandemic (COVID-19) we are no longer able to holiday due to the overseas travels bans that are in place. Rescheduling our dates to next year is not practical. In Australia overseas travel is forbidden and we have been advised that overseas travel will not be taking place anytime soon. Given these are unprecedented times I would of thought a refund or partial refund would of been the most appropriate solution.
Super clean, great breakfast, helpful staff; the pillows could be a little softer
The 5 star rating goes to the staff. We had a problem with our transfer to the airport and not one, but three staff members went above and beyond to help us resolve it (even in the middle of the night). They also recommended an amazing restaurant nearby and booked it for us and it was the best meal of our trip.

The location is prime. Its steps from Rialto Bridge and a 10 min walk to St. Mark's Square.
Our room was small and had no view but right outside our room was a "relax room" which was beautiful and had an amazing view.
The bed was comfortable and the room was very clean and there was a towel warmer which was lovely.
Would highly recommend.
This hotel is actually quite nice inside it is clean it is a little dark but still very beautiful the only reason I’m not giving it a five out of 5 is because when we arrived off the boat. The man at the door watched me carry my 40 kg luggage bag all the way up he did not move I found this really rude is every hotel we go to the door man usually runs over and helps.
