Shameless greed.
As a US citizen, I am unable to travel to Europe. I had prepaid my booking, but this hotel refuses to reimburse the amount, neither consider other options.
These are difficult times for all of us, including the hotel sector.
Please don't book this hotel as a matter of principle. There are many other options in Venice.
Beautiful, loved it. Room fabulous, bathroom lots of sparkly marble. Lots of interesting items to look at, special exhibition of old toys when we were there and display of ceramics. Breakfast superb. Very comfortable. Location very central. Service excellent. Highly recommend.
Loved the staff. The location was great no being near the heavy touristy areas. We would probably stay in the same place if we return To Venice at anytime in the near future with or without other guest.
Excellent room and bathroom. Right near Guggenheim and Accademia boat stop. Walk to other side of land, 2 minutes, and you have another boat stop. This one will allow you to take a boat straight to airport for €14 though boat does stop along the way so don't expect a quick journey. Lots of restaurants around especially if you go left out of hotel and left again down passage to small canal and then over bridge where food is slightly cheaper and with more variety. Great breakfast in hotel. Recommended.
Absolutely the best hotel. We stayed for two nights. Location was central. There was a bridge with beautiful view steps from the hotel. Clean and spacious room. Beautiful bathroom. Staff very helpful and nice. Breakfast was amazing with many options.
