Overwhelmingly beautiful old venetian palace combined with modern interiors. Outstanding service, excellent food. The staff is extremely courteous and attentive. Beautiful garden at canale grande.
Venice is often known as a tourist trap for hotels with established landmarks not really making any effort anymore and milking the location. There is one noticeable exception, the Aman hotel. From the carefully decorated bedrooms, to the majestic halls and common rooms, the hotel just ooze of perfection. You have probably the best location in Venice on the grand canal, all the rooms are carefully designed with the most amazing view. The food is also by far one of the best in the area. The aman brand does not disappoint once again. For those of you wondering how come the price is so high vs. other hotels, you have to compare apples to apples. First the room are much more spacious and they all feature an iconic view. So you really have to compare with a suite with a view in the other hotels. The hotel also offers unique boutique excursions and experiences to discover Venice (when we were there, we could visit the Doge’s palace alone)
The most impressive location and the most amazing culinary experience ever! Fantastic service also contributed to a fabulous experience. Not cheap but also not as expensive as I thought. Fresh, seasonal products are on the menu.
I highly recommend Aman Venice for a special occasion.. or simply if you wish to treat yourself for a fine dining experience.

This is a magnificent historic gem. Formerly a very large family residence built around 1550. Original ceiling paintings and artistic tile floors throughout the building. This hotel is a five star, first class experience. The personnel are amazing and kind. The drinks at the bar were top notch. Excellent views of Grand Canal from our suite. Truly this is an amazing place.
