The location is perfect...near the water bus station,near the center ,everything is quite near... but the flat isnt looking as in the picture at all... its nice and clean,but its at the 4th floor wich after a long day of walking around the city with a 2 year old daughter,can be very stresfull... from the windows ,you can see a canal,from the side windows,wich is not very impressive,and if you wanna take pics,you might drop your camera and never get it back,and from the other windows,roofs of the surrounding houses... overall a 3 star location...but far from what you expect,and the 470 euros for a 4 night stay... its kind of expensive,you can get a flat for a month in Venice for that amount ...
Very comfortable, home complete with every imaginable service. Clean and tidy, Close to points of interest ..
We were in May three guests in the Maryloft apartment. Well located in the north of Venice, quiet, fully equipped (who likes to cook), nicely decorated, ample space. Pierluigi rents this accommodation but lives in Rome himself so that a local manages the apartment. I deduct a point because I would have liked the communication before the trip and during the trip better / faster. Still I can recommend the Maryloft to any traveler! Venice is always and often worth a visit!
