We had a fantastic stay here. The staff were all super friendly and helpful. The room was also incredibly clean. Lovely hotel - must have been recently refurbished! It was great to see that the hotel takes COVID-19 very seriously, e.g. temperature checks, mandatory face masks in common areas, hand sanitizer everywhere, segregating breakfast etc. Great location too! This hotel is a minute walk from the Grand Canal and is great if you’re arriving by train. I would absolutely, 100% stay here again next time I’m in Venice! 5 stars!
Very disappointed with the policies of the hotel. We had a booking for 2 nights, however due to the corona virus our trip (the cruise that we were supposed to take and airplane tickets) were cancelled. Not our fault! Cruiselines and airlines cancelled! So we asked for a refund so we could cancel, but no. It was just 2 nights, how you can charge people like this, we did not stay. And it was not us who cancelled, we were forced to refuse. In these difficult times we were asking the hotel for understanding, however instead we were charged for something we did not use. Shame!
Do not book with this hotel. During the Covid-19 period they are not accommodating to rescheduling and do respond when you contact them. Most hotels around Europe have help me to cancel or reschedule with ease. This hotel takes your money without providing the service.
I have had same experience...hotel was closed due to covid but hotel wont refund...all other parts of trip did refund
Bad business practices
Love this hotel! Enjoyed our stay. It is conveniently located near the train & ferry terminal. Lots of dining and shops within walking distance. Hotel entrance entrance is not big. But you will be surprised once you step into the hotel. We are impressed! Room space is not huge, easy with 1 luggage. The other luggage would need to be kept closed. Breakfast has a great spread. Staff were helpful. Highly recommend this hotel!
